Manaskriti believes in empowering educators by encouraging them to reflect on and develop their own practices. The Lighthouse series is an initiative which is open to all educators for professional development in bringing new ideas into their teaching processes.

There are four modules in the series:

• Technology aided learning strategies
• Learning through Play
• Design Thinking and Creativity
• Language enhancement and classroom organization
