Ms. Jyoti Bhalla is the founding principal of Manaskriti School, Greater Faridabad. Deeply entrenched into nature, her teaching pedagogy encapsulates nature as the primal methodology to foster learning amongst young minds. Cultivating a learning experience, through hands-on approach- embedded in nature, along with our cultural ethos, lies at the heart of her academic vision. As Tagore rightly said- The highest education is that which does not merely give us information but makes our life in harmony with all existence, Ms. Bhalla has optimistically modeled her design to lead in this ideology.

A prodigy from the onset she embarked on her career path with the aim of contributing towards the academic fraternity. In more than 27 years of journey, she has created milestones at each stage from being the Head-Mistress at one of the premier learning institutes of Faridabad, Manav Rachna International School to the Vice Principal at Aravali International School. 

Under her guidance, Manaskriti School has been recognised in the special category of Experiential Learning School with A++ grade by 5 Star Rating School Awards for the year 2022, by CED- Centre for Education Development, an ISO certified training Foundation, registered under MSME- Government of India. Bestowed with the most Innovative Principal Award at the National Excellence Awards, her exceptional leadership skills were also acknowledged with the title of Education Leader of the Year 2023 by Education World at the School Education Excellence Conclave-2022 for curriculum and teaching innovation, and professional development and mentoring. She has been conferred by Shri Bandaru Dattatreya, the honourable Governor of Haryana for infusing outstanding leadership skills among students in September, 2022 at the Haryana Educators Club- Pride of India Awards. Her cognitive abilities have been honed through various certifications and recognitions in excellence, earning her the title of Principal-Administrator of the Year in 2020 under the International Education Awards 2020 by TIME Cyber Media, Great Principals award for her extraordinary contribution in the field of education, Progressive School Leader- by Edu Excellence and InSc’s award for the Principal of the Year.

As an educationist, constantly acquiring knowledge has been a continuous aspect of her journey, being trained into a host of teaching facilities like that of an ESOL Oral Examiner and as a TKT teacher. She has become a provider of knowledge herself now through her certification as a trainer for the Cambridge International Curriculum. The Rustam Irani Foundation, as an English Language Expert by The Australian Council of Education and Research, and as a Remarkable Leader by CBSE, are some of the achievements that demonstrate the marvelous blend of expertise and a rare skill of leading present in her.

Currently, through innovative adroitness, she is rearing a culture of experiential learning amongst the Manaskriti Minds. As the Principal, Ms. Bhalla, is leading as a facilitator of education and deeply believes in the expansion and development of a child’s mind at its neonatal stage. She adores the idea of playfulness and natural fluidity tapped inherently in the children and firmly believes in exploring and augmenting them for the world to have its future leaders. An ardent admirer of Shakespeare, in her leisure she loves to weave beautiful embroidery patterns, passionately write sonorous columns for children magazines and blogs in both English and Hindi, fervently hear Ted talks and takes long reflective heritage walks. Her passion towards one’s overall growth doesn’t stop at her love for art and literature but extends to sports. At the state level, she has played basketball and has been a district level player in badminton and throwball too. With a strong emphasis on holistic development, she serves as an example for the students to broaden their horizons.
