International Yoga day

On the auspicious occasion of International Yoga Day, Students & Staff of manaskriti came together to celebrate the power of yoga in promoting holistic health practices. We also had senior citizens from the vicinity to celebrate Yoga day!

Yoga signifies the unity of one’s mind, body, and spirit with the world outside, through a set of Aasans that include breathing techniques, physical postures, and relaxation methods.

We sincerely thank Ms Alka who was the yoga instructor and shared so many benefits of Yoga!
