As the famous saying of Malcolm X goes, “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today”, and indeed it is. As passport needs renewal & reissue, similarly we all need continuous learning and growth! With the endeavour to revolutionize our education system to bring about a positive change in society, we at Manaskriti had a two day training session with Principal ma’am being the trainer and mentor for it.She guided us towards understanding the importance of empowering students and through various tools of classroom management and curriculum planning, all educators can become excellent activators to activate the creative side of every child. We believe that in these two days we put together the essence of the School Improvement plan and set out many important parameters and useful measures for a fruitful system of communication and education at Manaskriti !!
