Manaskriti is always ready to welcome authors as we at Manaskriti believe that reading good books help children to enhance their knowledge and also give wings to their imagination.
It was an event organised by the school to facilitate an author and movie director for her well-known book- The Little Rainmaker, Roopal Kewalaya. A screenwriter by profession , she is also a great storyteller.
Talking about the book it is a story about this little girl Anushka who has not seen rain ever in her lifetime and her grandfather’s last wish is to witness rain.
The session began with all the energy, fun interaction and introduction about how it is becoming the need of the hour to bring sustainability in our lives. How important it is to protect our environment.
The event was highly enjoyed by all, as she graced the stage with her cherry and patient nature. As she not only cleared the doubts but also informed the young writers the ways to promote their writings.
