Team Building Activity

_Team building games are a fun and creative way to get your team connecting and working together_ .

Finding the right exercise can be challenging since not every team is comfortable with certain types of activities. 

Keeping this in mind, Manaskriti School, Faridabad conducted a team building workshop for the students of Grade 6-8 in school premises.

There were several games to test leadership skills, collaboration, and sports enthusiasm among all. The games included ‘Human Wheel’, ‘Trust and Act’, ‘Bamboo Walk’ and many others.

The purpose of this is to test and enhance their capabilities and nurture their talent to work in togetherness. While playing together they learned the best way to win is to work together. It’s necessary to have trust in the teammates and show respect for everyone’s opinion and choose the best. 

Manaskriti learners enjoyed playing together in sports spirit where everyone is a winner who participates and gives their input to the respective team. 

Strength comes in upgrading and supporting others. 

We believe that the purpose of education is served only when we lift others keeping everyone’s happiness in mind to reach the goal.
